Glenn Beck's Restoring America rally was a pleasant surprise. All great leaders have something in common: their belief in a transcendent being called God. This belief in God is the answer to restoring America because we are not fighting a physical battle; we are first and foremost fighting a spiritual one. Without recognizing this we will lose the culture and end up with a society that trades freedom for comfort, with pleasure as the good, choosing leaders that promise that Utopian delusion.

In discovering God we discover who Progressives are trying to replace through the use of an ever expanding government. I'll explain why the Restoring America rally was so remarkable and how intelligent Glenn Beck’s plea for the American soul was, whether you believe he realized it or not.

There is nothing more fundamental to any discipline than a belief in God. What is more basic than belief about simple, unqualified, eternal being - the being that gives life to all that exists? Nothing! That is why Glenn Beck decided to make this rally about America coming back to a proper understanding and relationship with God instead of voter registration or the recruitment of political activists. On that day, Mr. Beck not only got back to the most basic of all ideas, showing that natural religion is connected to freedom and freedom to liberty, but he also demonstrated that God is more basic than politics and philosophy is more basic than political science.

I was lucky enough today to find a "Green" section on a liberal blog that I frequent from time-to-time. It allowed me to make a connection about morality and politics and further more about the religion of the left. Every religious movement needs a church and for the naturalism, contained in the propaganda of several articles I read I came to see that Eco-Community Ethics is the only clear and knowable morality for many people today.

Arizona’s recent immigration law has made the state both a beacon of states’ rights or a cesspool of racism, depending on your perspective. This has been the theme of many conversations and I think both sides have failed: Progressives have lost the ideological principals necessary for believing in a strong national border and immigration standards and conservatives have failed to clearly defend those principles as moral.

I was very surprised at the ignorance of the President when it came to the sensitivities of those who died on 9/11 when talking about the rights of Muslims and building a Mosque at Ground Zero. There was also the normal liberal misunderstanding of tolerance, America, our Founders intentions, and role of religious freedom and diversity in America. The point of building the Mosque at Ground Zero was to bridge a gap between the billions of Muslims in the world and those who misunderstand Islam. Islam being a religion of peace has decided to ignore the wishes of the 9/11 victim’s families and to push forward anyway, because of course, this is America, we are free to do so, and Islam is just trying to promote peace.

What an example of character.

A homeless man takes the time to fight a storm to fold an American flag, while no one is looking.

The New Class Warfare: The Public vs. Private Sector

During economically difficult times we need a way to unite under a common banner. Gender, race, and socio-economic class are so 20th century, and I have the solution to level the uneven playing field. As Americans, we first and foremost believe in liberty – you know that expression of freedom that allows individual talents and ideas to grow. My plan is to unite the country under a new “class warfare.” Unity requires a common enemy and what can be more common than appealing to the common authority – you know that thing we all despise because it wastes our money and tells us what to do, while smiling in the camera.
